With over 10 years of experience in technical support, I am passionate about providing effective and efficient solutions for customers and users of various telecommunications products and platforms. I have a strong background in voice over IP (VOIP) and session initiation protocol (SIP), and I am certified as a Genesys Cloud Certified Professional (GCP) in Architect, Scripting and Quality Management. I currently work as a Senior Technical Support Engineer at Genesys, the global leader in cloud customer experience and contact center solutions.At Genesys, I troubleshoot and support a variety of products in the Genesys Cloud CX platform, such as Admin UI, Routing, Architect, and Dialer. I have developed call flows using composer, IRD, and Genesys Intelligent Automation, and deployed and configured Genesys Voice Platform, Genesys Interaction Recording, Genesys Outbound Server, and other related products. I have also deployed and managed various databases, such as Cassandra, SQL Server, Postgre, Oracle, and Elasticsearch, in single site deployments. I have strong skills in analyzing logs and traces, identifying root causes of call failure scenarios, and providing network solutions. I collaborate with other engineers, developers, and product managers to ensure customer satisfaction and quality standards.
