During the Kargil I was at the last phase of my schooling and I dreamt of becoming an Army Personnel which excited me then however, at the end of my college days I was clueless and finally I managed to get a job as a junior accountant. Quickly thereafter found a corporate job in a service based company and got exposed to the Order Management side of learning. The experience with Order Management landed me a job at a Product based company which further helped me learn the Quote to Cash side of learnings. The ability to understand the process depth helped me leverage my strong collaboration & communication with the stakeholders/business partners. This in turn assisted me to learn the customer satisfaction skill by default so, today at any phase of the process I get a mindset of Customer 1st, be it internal teams or outside customers. The joy in resolving a complicated issue or correcting a patchwork and finally celebrating it with a smile and feeling proud of what we do makes me a Happy Professional. I believe in 'Sharing' so I always try to help my colleagues by training/sharing/narrating the process knowledge through discussions or over query engines which does helps my professional network turning out to be a friendly network. This builds a healthy work environment since we spend our Productive 8-9 hours of a daily life at workplace and that is really required for a mental health. Finally, I would proudly say that I am an experienced professional in Order Management, Product, Pricing, Licensing and Business operations specially with software product models, SaaS and Subscription transformation. I am a key contributor to VMware's Q2C product strategy and execution, collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver impactful platform capabilities with Business Analysis, Software Packaging and Pricing, SaaS Business, and Problem solving skills. I have led few process enhancements using automations and RPAs to streamline manual and complex business processes at the same time built a healthy work culture within the team without forgetting the work life balance. Always ready to learn new things and accept challenges to stay busy and currently interested with the AI learnings to make use of it at the workspace. In my free time you might find me doing some DIYs using a welding machine, weed cutting machine, helping my dad at farming, rubbing and painting an old rusted gate to educate people that we should respect all types of professions as everyone contributes to this economy.
