No matter how you name it, all of these things are inextricably linked for me and have been part of my daily work for many years: Even though the need for sustainable action has now arrived in all industries and at all levels, the #complexity and enormous scope of many topics in this context can quickly overwhelm everyone. Sometimes it seems easier to do nothing or to wait and see, hoping that it will pass by. But as someone said to me the other day,"#sustainability has come to stay. And that's a good thing." For that, an unequivocal YES from me! Because it is only through sustainable management and development that we can collectively meet the environmental and social challenges of today and tomorrow. Sustainability is a #journey - and I am enthusiastically your travel companion! And anyone who has ever embarked on a journey knows what it takes to successfully reach their #goal: thorough planning, adapted to your own circumstances openness and agility leaving no one behind. This also requires extensive #communication with all #stakeholders. In my experience, the exchange with internal and external stakeholders is not only essential for the success of every implementation measure, but also offers everyone involved the opportunity for professional and personal development. Accompanying, supporting and, if necessary, critically challenging this further development is what drives me every day.
