About Viola Pieper

My name is Viola, and I am a 28 year old behavioral scientist and analyst. I have two bachelor's degrees, one in health sciences and one in psychology. Now I have also recently graduated from the Master´s Program in Psychological Science at the University of Gothenburg. During the program, I have gained significant experience in analysis and method, both theoretically and practically. I have had to work with collecting and processing data as well as performing analyses continuously during the program, which has helped me learn the analysis programs R and SPSS. My research experience was expanded when I was employed as a research assistant at Karolinska Institutet. There, I contributed to data collection by recruiting participants for a research project in clinical neuroscience in developmental psychology in the Gothenburg area. With this academic background, I have achieved a strong academic foundation and practical knowledge. I am therefore looking for jobs where I can use my skills and knowledge that I have gained, but also to help people to a meaningful life. My experience in healthcare, mainly in LSS and psychiatric care, has given me practical knowledge of mental health and patient care. I have worked with digital systems related to social documentation, deviation and incident reports and signing medications. As a healthcare professional, I have had to work with, among other things, planning and coordination to make tasks and times flow together in an efficient way for both the organization and the individual. In addition to this, I have had to train and learn to work according to, among other things, IBIC, low-effective treatment and risk management when threats and violence arise. It has given me both a theoretical and practical understanding of care and care that affects both the individual and the structure, part as a whole, an experience that will benefit my future professional life. As an employee, I am, among other things, loyal, honest and service-minded.
