About Viola Spadolini

Passion for my job comes from stories. I combine my love for storytelling with a strategic and creative approach, with the aim of developing effective and targeted communication plans to give birth to successful projects. I love my work when communication becomes a strategic tool to share ideas and visions, making projects memorable and engaging through stories that convey thier true value. I've had the opportunity to work on several projects, starting with the organization of corporate social responsibility events for urban regeneration project of Porta Nuova in Milan. Later, I followed the Castelfalfi start-up project, dedicating myself to creating the brand identity for TUI's first five-star hotel worldwide. Currently, at Multi, I handle marketing and communication strategies for the Italian shopping centers, ensuring alignment with international marketing guidelines. These experiences have made me an expert in detailed event planning, the development of innovative marketing strategies and efficient project management. My large and supportive family has instilled in me a strong aesthetic sense and attention to detail, influencing my approach to life with a meticulous and thoughtful perspective. I grew up on a sailing boat, where I learned responsibility, teamwork, and a deep love for nature.
