I have over 40 years of sales experience. Started when I was 14, I worked in an Omega watch shop part time and did some modeling for a bridal shop, after school. Later became a Hostess for Ethiopian Airlines in Addis Ababa, Ethiopia. I lived in Ethiopia for 19 yrs. and grew up there, I speak, read and write the Amharic language fluently. Learned Italian and picked up French, of course along with Arabic, which is my mother tong, since both my parents were from Egypt. I also speak Arabic fluently since both my parents were from Egypt, I was born in Khartoum, the Sudan. I owned and operated 2 Real Estate Agencies, 2 Travel Agencies and a construction company simultaneously for 27 yrs. My husband, Gerry and I have been married for almost 40 yrs. and own a number of properties in PA, CA and Hawaii. He is a builder, he builds properties and I sell them. I listed and sold properties for more than the sellers expected and were happy to pay me more commissions than my competition. I was the highest paid agent in the state of MD 2 years in a row. Eg. Commercial property was listed with 3 other agents, and not sold for client listed it for sale by owner for 2 years and later I took it at and sold it for Seller was please and glad to pay me a higher commission.
