About Violette Tucker

I am energetic, organized, creative and motivated. I am seeking employment within an organization whose ethos is progressive, engaged, visionary. and FUN! I have successfully managed my own growing business, my work as a dessert chef and kitchen manager both within a school setting and with an amazing crew in a fast-paced restaurant kitchen, as well as lifetime of teaching dance and confectionery skills. To each I bring strong leadership and communication skills, verve, and lots of positive energy. Being a business owner, a leader and a member of a great team working toward a common goal is exhilarating; I have found that joy in all areas of my professional experience. My career exemplifies a commitment to mastery and a people-oriented approach to life and business. I am excited to work within an organization as a culinary professional, bringing my myriad skills to the fore and working to advance the organization's vision. My business, Sweet Violette, is a Party Cake and Wedding Cake bakery; creating custom confections for any celebration. Sweet Violette brings from-scratch baking, beautiful design and sumptuous taste to each cake. I have developed great recipes of all kinds over the years, including delicious, yes, I said delicious, gluten free and vegan cake and buttercream choices to offer Sweet Violette customers.
