Organized UNESCO WORKSHOP on NFR ON HERITAGE MOUNTAIN RAILWAYS & successful visits of two Parliamentary Committees & effected reduction of passenger complaints by 50%. 6.On Southern Railway, pioneered noval passenger amenities of GPS based announcement system & LED destination display system on EMUs & AC Coaches.Introduction of 12 car EMU Trains, first ever 5 star BEE accredition of Energy Efficient Buildings on IR, compliance of Montreal Protocol for AC coaches, provision of mobile charging and passenger amenity on all SR Coaches, first ever Head on Generation(HOG) on Saptgiri Express on Indian Railway. 7.As CEE/MRVC, I had the responsibility of planning, design and execution of electric works of rail component of MUTP Phase-I amounting to Rs. 4174 cr. Specific assignments undertaken included the preparation of technical specification and bid documents for International Competitive Bidding process and execution in time bound manner conforming to World Bank procurement norms. Complete experience in all facets of management and administration of Railway Workshops, Depots and Railway networks.
