Project management software (Jira software), Software development life cycle (SDLC); Documentation, Agile(Scrum) methodologies; Problem solving, Project Management, Resource Coordination, Process Improvement Creating dashboard for generating insights and granular reports. Involved in projects from product development stage to delivery and after sale services. Prioritize requirements from various stakeholders via MOSCOW and Kano analysis. Consulting with the development team and prepare estimates for development and delivery time. Ability to engage and drive stakeholders in order to progress the project. Assess change-proposals and define solutions to help the organization achieve its goals. Market Analysis and Competitive intelligence – Providing qualitative and quantitative analysis of market trends. Competitive landscape and product dynamics to the management. Perform daily, weekly and stories for monthly reviews. Coordinating with the presales, DM, call tracking & clients delivery team to boost the conversion of leads based on the data insights. Implementing churn prediction and incentivization module to analyze and boost customer retention using classification technique.
