As a Talent Acquisition Specialist, I am responsible for hiring top talent for various roles across the organization, using multiple sources and platforms. I work closely with the hiring managers and the HR team to understand the requirements, design the recruitment strategy, and deliver the best candidates in a timely and cost-effective manner. I also manage the candidate pipeline, the compensation analysis, the offer release, and the onboarding process, ensuring a positive and engaging candidate experience. I have a strong background in human resource and finance, with an MBA from Rabindranath Tagore University and a B.Com (Hons.) from M.B.Khalsa College. I have developed core competencies in stakeholder management, executive hiring, technical hiring, niche hiring, and applicant tracking systems, through my previous experiences at Select Source International, Stefanini Group, and other leading companies. I have successfully recruited candidates for various domains, such as IT, engineering, sales, marketing, and finance, with different levels of seniority and expertise.
