Vipul Mathur is an experienced entrepreneur and a business leader with a career spanning over 2 decades in building, managing, and leading business' for global Enterprises. Vipul has been a pioneer in the OKR space in Asia. In 2015, he founded qilo Technologies - Asia's 1st OKR Platform. Given the difficulty of managing OKRs on Excel sheets, is where, he built an award-winning platform to manage OKRs. Vipul has worked with Enterprises across Asia and helped over employees across over 100 + companies transition to OKRs. In Dec 2019, qilo got acquired by PeopleStrong Technologies. At PeopleStrong, Vipul integrated qilo's product and business to build an Integrated Talent Operating System (Talent-OS), keeping skills at the bedrock, a platform for CXOs to align their Business Strategy with Talent Strategy. Talent-OS has become the arrowhead of growth for PeopleStrong in Asia. In 2023, Vipul was given an additional responsibility, to open a new growth market - the Middle East for PeopleStrong, as Country Leader. He designed the entry market strategy, built regional teams, and scaled the business. The region has been growing at 100x velocity and has become an established brand in a short period. Before co-founding qilo, Vipul was Associate Vice President - Corporate Marketing at Cleartrip.com, where he conceptualised and launched the B2B product. Before this, Vipul spent five long years at Monster.com as Head of Marketing- B2B ( India, Middle East & SEA ) Vipul's expertise lies in building businesses from 0-1 and scaling them to 100.
