Seasoned Professional with a total of over 33 years of experience. I have 15 years of experience in maintenance-and operations of Military aircraft like AVRO and Boeing 737. I am QAS (aero) qualified and has working experience of three Years in HAL Lucknow by virtue of my three years posting in AFLE Lucknow. I have done Boeing course on Air Frame and Engine from Air India Dum Dum Calcutta. I have experience in handling, transporting and storing explosive in Weapon storage areas. For my hard work and dedication I have been awarded AOC-in-C commendation. I have worked as Director Indigenization and was instrumental in indigenous development of tires of fighters and transport aircraft for the Air Force.I have good leadership and soft skills in handling human beings by the motto-People First Mission Always. I was in-charge of conducting Promotion and skill level exams for the Air-warriors. I was handling events like conferences and Barakhanas in my unit to celebrate the platinum anniversary of my unit. Human Welfare is of paramount importance to me and I ensure that the AIr-warriors placed under me are taken care of in all the possible ways. Fitness and good health is great importance in my life and I am a regular practice Yoga and walking. Punctuality and Time lines are close to my heart and I am a pro-active planner who believes in Liaison and Kaizen.I believe in learning new skills every time I get an opportunity in life and implement new technology in improving the work processes. I have been keenly involved in the development and works projects in the Air Force and was instrumental in setting up of different squadrons at new bases due to operational reasons. I have shifted three aircraft squadrons in my carrier all along with aircraft and its role and ground equipment. I was involved in build up of aircraft by collection of spares from various agencies. I have been working in maintenance control centers of aircraft bases monitoring the life components their serviceability and reliability. The experience in HAL Lucknow helped me participate in various Technical investigations and ascertain the cause of aircraft accidents and incidents in order to finalize various court of inquires. I worked as the CEO of a fighter base looking after all the maintenance and operational planning of fighters and ensuring their availability for flying. While working on the Boeing aircraft the maintenance of first line and second line were developed for the aircraft by my team in liaison with AIr -Indian maintenance and quality department.
