i) I have worked in the area of organic electronic devices, including Organic Field Effect Transistors (OFETs) and Organic Light Emitting Diodes (OLEDs). In particular I am interested in research and development of printable RFID tags and display based on OLEDs. ii) More recently I have been working on Silicon Nanodevices. Issues pertaining to scaling down of MOSFETs. Single Electron Transistors and their applications. CMOS based sensors. iv) Photonic Devices. v) Bulk and SOI Technologies. Specialties: Use of analytical equipments viz. UV-Vis, Photoluminescence spectroscopy, device fabrication, electrical, optical and optoelectronic characterization of devices, device characterization at cryogenic temperatures, Interface trap characterization.
