About Me With over 16+ years of experience in the fragrance and cosmetics industry, my journey in perfumery began long before my professional career. I come from a lineage of pioneers in the fragrance industry—my family founded one of the first industrial Attar makers in India back in the 1950s. Growing up in this environment, I was immersed in the art and science of fragrance creation from an early age. This unique background gave me hands-on experience in crafting scents and a deep understanding of the business and manufacturing aspects of the fragrance industry. What I Do Today, as the Director of Fragrance at Luxeo, I lead the creation and launch of luxury fragrances, driving significant market share growth and brand recognition. My expertise combines creative olfactive design with strategic business acumen, allowing me to develop fragrances that are not only unique but also commercially successful. At L’Oréal, I led the fragrance team for the China market, enhancing product engagement and aligning product offerings with global luxury trends. My education in Pharmaceutical Science deepened my knowledge of cosmetics, chemistry, and herbal ingredients, enabling me to approach fragrance creation with both creativity and technical precision.
