Having around 15+ years of cumulative experience accrued in pertinence to the software development, Operation Management and Project Management. Working as Project Lead and participating in the process to achieve CMMi Level 3 certificate for my organization (DION Global Solution Ltd.) 2. As project Lead, I am handling around 10 Applications (all big as well as small) of different clients. My primary job is: Client interaction, Requirement discussion, Effort Estimations, Team Meeting, work assigning to team members, Time sheet tracking. Working in project management tools for tracking some metrics like Effort variance, Schedule Variance, Defect density, Capacity Utilization, Availability Utilization etc. Preparing different kind of reports for our Clients and Senior management to track the overall status of projects and deliveries on monthly/fortnightly basis. Using Change request tracking system and defect ticket tracking system to meeting the SLA with clients. Participate in architecture, design and code reviews. Designed and developed complex applications. Skilled in all phases of software development life cycle projects including requirements gathering, design, development, deployment, build and release/change management. Knowledge of Financial Domain Like Equity/Commodity Market and Insurance. Currently Working on Insurance Projects. Expertise in SQL Server 2005 (Creating/Debugging Stored Procedures, writing Complex Queries, Views, Functions, Optimizing and Tuning SQL queries, working on Jobs and Schedulers and creating links between different database engines, also knowledge of SSRS). I have very good experience in T-SQL, DTS/SSIS Packages and SSRS in SQL Server 2005 and SQL Server 2008.
