Background

About Virendra Ramteke

I am deeply committed to understanding and addressing the challenges faced by informal workers, migrants, and marginalized communities, especially in the areas of education and social justice. My experience working in rural Uttar Pradesh has helped me develop a strong foundation in qualitative research, field documentation, and community engagement.I am interested in research roles where I can explore the intersection of migration, informal labor, and access to education, and how these shape people’s lives and opportunities. Through my work, I aim to contribute to policies and programs that promote equity, dignity, and inclusion.Fluent in both Hindi and English, I bring strong communication skills and a collaborative approach to every project. I am eager to grow as a researcher and work with organizations committed to social change and justice.
