About Virgil Beljambe

Energetic, solution oriented and passionate, I have 15 years of experience in the television industry as a Broadcast and Video production technical specialist. Since both as a consultant and managing partner, I have relentlessly thrived to define and implement effective and efficient solutions for my clients and employers. Working for companies with limited human and financial resources has also given me the opportunity to demonstrate my ability to think out of the box, my sense of rigor and adaptability across the whole broadcast and video production lifecycle. In addition to my extensive technical knowledge, I enjoy working in a team with a variety of profiles, and use my strong communication skills to act as an interface between the various stakeholders throughout the whole production of audiovisual events. The strong business relationships I built over the year, my passion for the broadcast and video production, and my entrepreneurial mindset led me to co-founding my own company in 2009: CAP’TA PROD. It produces audiovisual events for TV channels and the institutional market in France and represents a great success story. For example it showcases today 300 hours of live events per year on French TV and the whole MOOC production for INSEAD, renowned Business School whose MBAs are ranked #1 by FT in 2016 and 2017.
