As the Business Administration & Human Resource Manager at Saskatoon Custom Powder Coating, I oversee a broad range of operational functions including HR, administration, marketing, supply chain, and safety management. My focus is on building structured, people-centered systems that support compliance, internal efficiency, and long-term business growth in an industrial setting. With over a decade of management experience, I’ve developed a strong foundation in leadership, adaptability, and team development. Skills that continue to shape my approach in manufacturing and trades environments. Near future I plan to pursue a Bachelor of Commerce part time to further continue building on my leadership and business strategy capabilities. In addition to my professional work, I operate “fifthavenueartwork”, a small creative brand offering bold, expressive artwork, custom commissions, prints, and graphic design services. While HR and administration remain my core career focus, this venture enhances my ability to bring visual communication and design thinking into areas like marketing and brand alignment. I am always open to connecting with industrial businesses, trade professionals, and fellow leaders to collaborate, share knowledge, and support impactful, results-driven work.
