Successfully closing many real estate transactions across a wide range of prices and property types, Virginia has experience selling and listing everything from starter homes, investments properties, historic district mansions, waterfront estates, and undeveloped land in the tri-county area. Past clients include pilots, teachers, entrepreneurs, actresses, bakers, dentists, armed service members, boat captains, artists, engineers, developers and builders. Her extroversion and accepting nature serve her well when meeting the needs of a wide variety of clients. Virginia’s creativity, perseverance, problem solving and market knowledge has lead clients to engage her real estate services. She is especially versed in local zoning ordinances, sensitive waterfront regulations and neighborhood HOA’s- invaluable knowledge when working with many of the unique properties in the area. Virginia’s other interests include community development, sustainable architecture and construction. In 2009 she received the National Association of Realtor's Green Designation, advancing her ability to market energy efficient and green features, a growing concern in today's market. In 2016, Virginia completed the prestigious “Ninja” Selling course allowing her to fine tune her negotiating abilities as well as enhancing her marketing, pricing, and organizational skills so she may continue to be an exceptional resource to her clients. Virginia’s past work experience includes a career in the yachting industry where she served as a chef, stewardess, and all-around problem solver on two mega-yachts which sailed out of New Orleans, the Caribbean, and New England.
