I am dedicated, ambitious, transparent, and I believe in finding solutions to any issues that may arise. I am very good at problem solving without a lot of assistance. Along with those attributes, I also have the following abilities: communication skills, technical competency, a strong work ethic, flexibility, determination, persistence, eagerness, honesty, the ability to work well with others, the ability to work alone, more than ready and willing to add new knowledge to the things I already know in order to perform my job better and assist others if needed. I honestly love working hard and doing what I can to make the lives of those around me easier. When it comes to experience, I have done quite a few things. Inbound and outbound calling dealing with everything from phone service to credit cards while working in call centers of various sizes. I have experience in doing medical. transcription;which is a favorite of mine. I have taken that range in everything from Medical Law and Ethics to Keyboarding; of which my grades were commendable. I do have quite a bit of experience in content moderation as well as the completion of medicaid paperwork. I look forward to hearing from any and all employers who wish to give me an opportunity to shine. I do have an in-home office that will allow me to have a quiet place to work.
