About Virginia Luque

As a philanthopist, I always believed in the mission of helping others with the tools I always counted on: Music. I formed a symphony orchestra, New York Women's Ensemble,( NYWE ), a larger one nowadays, named NY Women's Philharmonic ( NYWP ). An orchestra that could serve with the most outstanding musical level to a philanthropic mission through Music for Life NYC ( MFLNYC ). MFLNYC is a non for profit Foundation that presents in musical events charities organizations that we believe have achieved great contributions to society. We offer to make the production work needed for the event, donating a percentage of the net proceeds from the tickets sales to the honoree organization. Our first event was presented in 2011 at Carnegie Hall, Stern Auditorium, honoring Children of the Night, an organization that fights against children prostitution. I believe in Music for Life NYC's mission. We are a young organization that asks you for your support in this worthy philanthropic journey. Our Fiscal Sponsorship is Fractured Atlas.
