About Virginia Masters

My passion for Human Resources is derived from my desire to see businesses put people first. This means focusing on fostering environments where employees are seen on an individual level so that they can better feel part of a team. Research has shown time and time again that the best way to improve productivity and satisfaction in an organization is to prioritize the well-being of those you employ so that they have the ability to not only focus on their work, but to excel at it.I have had the privilege to be led by some amazing HR professionals who share these same principles and have inspired me to carry this vision forward. I thrive in environments where the organization is aligned with forward thinking and making tangible, positive change.I also love traveling and experiencing new cultures, rainy days, and reading a good book (preferably horror or a classic). In my spare time you can probably find me trying new coffee shops, going on a hike, or at the library!
