About Virginia McCain

I am a student at Auburn University majoring in Public Relations. I have had the opportunity to take a multitude of courses that have given me extensive knowledge in the PR field. I have been able to serve as a copyeditor at The Oaks Agency, a student-run PR firm with real-life clients. This role has allowed me to hone my organizational and communication skills by working with a team. Being able to work with real clients to achieve goals related to PR has given me invaluable experience as a PR professional. I am known for my interpersonal skills and my ability to enhance a work environment with my positive attitude. I was able to demonstrate this by serving as Director of Ritual Education for my social sorority. In this role I had to manage the logistics of complicated events and organize 300+ members, all while boosting morale. The qualities I am seeking in a work environment include one that is collaborative and creative. I am a hard worker and a fast learner. I enjoy the excitement of a creative challenge and the process of overcoming said challenge with a team.
