Vishal is an internationally trained lawyer with several years of experience in Civil Litigation and other areas of law. He has completed his equivalency degree (J.D./ LL.B.) to practice law in Canada and was called to the Bar in June 2017 by Law Society of Ontario (erstwhile The Law Society of Upper Canada). Currently, Vishal is practicing law in GTA and has diversified his expertise in various areas of law like Business Law, Family Law, Immigration Law, Litigation, Real Estate, Wills & Estate planning. Vishal assisted clients in resolving disputes over general Civil issues and litigation in other areas of law like land acquisitions, employment law, contracts, family law, consumer protection law and more. He represented clients in actions before various level of courts, administrative tribunals / boards and in mediations and arbitrations. He also assisted corporate clients by negotiating and drafting property lease agreements and sale deeds. Vishal has worked as a legal intern with RBC Law Group - supporting the Corporate Services and Public Company Group where he was awarded for his outstanding performance during his tenure. Vishal also has extensive experience in retail and Corporate (B2B) sales. While pursuing his career in law, he worked into B2B sales providing IT solutions to his clients in various sectors like SMB, Enterprise, Healthcare, Govt, Not-for-profit, Charity and Education across Canada. Through his years’ experience, Vishal has developed great skills like client relationship, lead generation, negotiation, time management and problem solving. He has developed business in various sectors from his new and existing clients through market analysis, strategic planning and implementation which helped him to consistently achieve his quarterly and yearly goals.
