I love solving problems - especially if there’s data involved.If you’ve come to my profile expecting a clean career story and a uniform set of experiences, then I’m afraid you might leave disappointed. Over the last decade, I’ve worked across more geographies, cultures, functions, and companies than I would have ever imagined. I’ve advised senior execs, created decks with front-line staff, unboxed TVs, and even held out flyers on a rainy street in Jakarta.If there’s one golden thread that weaves through it all, it’s this: I like puzzles (business folks like to call these “problems”). Over the course of my career, I’ve realized that chaotic, unstructured, and ambiguous environments are usually the most fun, and that what many consider “problems” are just opportunities in disguise.Here is where most turn to data. Data is the great equalizer, but it’s never good enough in isolation; and that’s where I come in! I thrive in bringing in multiple perspectives from the worlds of marketing, finance, sales, and strategy - I’m not your cookie-cutter management consultant. My work is amplified in environments where global cultures and experiences collide (think mosaics, not paint). My career choices are grounded in three clear tenets: solve problems, have fun, and learn. I’m currently leading the Strategy and Planning team in Google Southeast Asia, and it’s been a blast. Whether it’s figuring out optimal pricing for YouTube, advising on organizational design, or helping our sellers be more competitive, I continue to learn while having fun every day.Outside of work, I’ve made it a personal mission to normalize the discussion around mental health, both inside the workplace and otherwise.
