Result-driven IT professional with over 16+ years of experience in Project development and Maintenance and 5+ years of experience in Training/Mentoring/Teaching. My passion lies in connecting with various stakeholders and providing them solutions to problems by understanding their business needs and business domain. Currently, working as consultant, where in I have been instrumental in connecting Stakeholders/Investors to understand their analytical need and providing solution in the form of Reports/Dashboard. My long-term aspiration is to pursue my career in Data Analysis, Analytical Modeling, Data Insights, and Business Intelligence. With a background in Microsoft Technologies, I am constantly exploring new trends in Microsoft based Data Analysis and Business Intelligence tools like MS Power Platform (MS Power BI, MS Power APPs, MS Power Automate), MS SQL Server, MS SQL Server BI (MS SQL Server Integration Services, MS SQL Server Reporting Services, MS SQL Server Analysis Services) to enhance offered services in the form of optimized Data Modeling and Reports/Dashboards. Moreover, My additional skill comes from Academics/Education background, Wherein i involved in Training/Mentoring Scholars in developing projects (.NET, Java, C, C++, Salesforce) and also teaching them conceptual subjects like AI, Theory of Computation, System Software, Data Structure Algorithms and Computer Network. My Analytical and Management skills are complemented with exceptional skills in Presentation and Client Interaction. My Philosophy is to give your 100% and leave the rest to the power that is greater than you.
