Presently I love working collaboratively as Customer Service Representative at CIBC as the work is fast paced, client interactive and encourages Individual improvement. Having no two days alike, assisting and working with a lot of different clients and identifying opportunities to serve them better along with achieving individual and business goals are a few of the things that I love about this position. Analysing a client’s financial goals helps me improve my communication as well as being resourceful in delivering services which they can rely on. I have 4 years of experience as an analysist at BNY Mellon where I delivered excellence in all facets of customer service and administrative support. It helped me in enhancing my time management and communication skills. I also developed strong decision making by managing multiple and concurrent tasks. Handled accounts of more than 50 clients and assisted management in negotiating deals by being a custodian. I have a positive attitude and thrive under pressure. Eager to take on new experiences and able to work methodically, accurately and neatly. My peers call me an enthusiastic person who always comes up with creative ideas. Bachelor in business administration with specialization in accounts and finance at Symbiosis International University helped me prepare for management and finance Industry. My passion is to contribute, learn, support and make a difference. I am an open to opportunities that will broaden my horizon. At the end of the day I aspire to be happiest and best version of myself.
