I am currently serving as a Product Manager with Citibank, handling commercial credit card T&E products for EMEA region. Possess a strong understanding of customer’s need and experience, identifying and filling product gaps based on competitive intelligence, segment risk and generating new ideas to grow market share and deliver the best customer experience. I thrive working in a dynamic and fast-paced environment with cross-functional teams to design, build and roll-out products aligned to the vision and strategy of the organization.
