Throughout my career, I have embraced diverse leadership roles spanning International Business & Trade Development, Client Account Management, Country Strategy & Project Management, Operations Management, Strategic Alliancing, Executive Coaching, and Knowledge Management. Current Leadership Role As Director of Octagona India Pvt Ltd I lead an Italian-origin business consulting firm that delivers end-to-end support services for enterprises entering the Indian market. Our comprehensive offerings include pre-entry consultation, incorporation assistance, and post-entry support to ensure sustainable market presence. Entrepreneurial Ventures In 2013, I established Aurulent Consulting a specialized boutique consultancy headquartered in the New Delhi region. This venture focuses exclusively on facilitating India market entry for foreign enterprises pursuing long-term, sustainable growth strategies. Back then, I also collaborated with Alliance Experts a distinguished global consultancy that specializes in international business development services for companies and institutions worldwide.
