He possesses a broad range of technical, personal effectiveness and leadership skills and uses rigorous logic and methods to come up with effective solutions to difficult problems, he has a long track record of making best use of any available resources and techniques. He has overall 19 + years work experience in Plumbing consultancy industry out of that 15 + years full time work experience as a Sr. Plumbing Engineer/Manager/Team lead. He has achieved his strengths from his experience (previous and present) of working on international and indian projects in the United States. He is currently leading /Team lead Plumbing projects as a Deputy General Manager - PHE with LEAD Consultancy Engineering Services (I) Pvt Ltd, Bangalore, India. While working with LEAD he was a part of Organizing project Design review meetings and attending meetings with client and other associates. Managing the associated design and cad engineers. Managing the multiple project deliverables at a time without affecting the project schedule. Attending any critical coordination meetings as per the project requirement. Attending business meeting along with the Management team to compete project bidding process. Engineering skills Designing of Plumbing, sanitary, Rain water harvesting systems & having basic knowledge of FPS & FAPA System. Attending design review meetings in co-ordination with the Architects, other service consultants & Clients. In reference to the codes and guidelines along with having a comprehensive knowledge of the Indian and International standards. Making project proposal and design reports, preparation of utilities and services scheme that are feasible to the particular projects for Plumbing projects. Having knowledge of designing of hot water system with heatpumps/boiler, WTP, STP,ETP, etc,) Able to review and guide the team of engineers. Writing accurate technical reports. Assisting with competency appraisal process for junior staff. Capable of defining and leading assignments. Always willing to help other less experienced team members with workloads.
