Passionate technology leader with over a 17 years of experience driving successful project deliveries, building high-performing teams, and shaping digital strategies. As Director of Technology at Skillrank, I lead cross-functional teams, ensure end-to-end project execution, and align delivery with strategic business outcomes. My strengths lie in customer engagement, agile program management, project planning, and resource optimization. I thrive in fast-paced environments and enjoy transforming abstract ideas into scalable technology solutions. With a proven track record of maintaining project profitability and client satisfaction, I work closely with stakeholders to drive value from every engagement.
