I am currently working in HCL as software engineer. I am currently working on the project based on OpenBMC. The hardware unit is used to monitor a rack cooling unit and the functionalities of various sensors are being configured by OpenBMC. Sensors like leak, pressure, temperature which are interfaced through dbus and entity manager. Using dbus and entity manager we can set and monitor various threshold levels for the sensors. The board configuration is done by FRU data through which we can access the board information along with the sensor values. Webui can also be accessed through the FRU data. We can also access the unit remote with the help of ethernet. There is also a touch display connected to make it easy to use. We also have connected level sensor and solenoid through GPIO, in which the gpios can be configured as input or output as per the requirement.
