As a Senior Manager Internal Audit at Manappuram Finance Limited, I lead the internal audit function of a leading gold loan NBFC in India, with over 4,600 branches and a customer base of over 2.6 million. With more than 3.5 years of experience in audit and accounting, I have successfully performed risk-based audits, compliance audits, and special audits for various functions and processes of the organization, ensuring adherence to statutory and regulatory requirements, internal policies and procedures, and best practices. I have also contributed to the development and implementation of audit plans, audit reports, audit recommendations, and audit follow-ups, as well as the enhancement of audit systems and tools. I have a strong background in financial accounting, having worked as an Accounts Officer at Ceratizit India Round Tool Solutions Private Limited, where I handled accounts payable, accounts receivable, GST, TDS, and bank reconciliation, among other tasks. I hold a CMA (ICWAI) degree from the Institute of Cost Accountants of India, and a BCom degree from Govt. Arts & Science College Chelakkara. I am proficient in various accounting and auditing software, such as SAP, Tally, and ACE Audit. I have a passion for learning and improving my skills and knowledge in the field of audit and accounting, and I strive to deliver high-quality and value-added audit services to my organization and stakeholders.
