About Vishwa Sd

I am very happy to be there in Sagility. It is the best work experience I have had, and I have earned the best skills of teamwork and pressure handling. I am now confident that I can handle anything. and I can manage different kinds of people. One time I organised a team out which is about 55 people and I managed to pull it off by myself. As such, we are the pilot batch in our process, which is newly created in our location, though we manage to participate in every evening that is conducted in Sagility, and we have gotten value in each and every event that they have connected, and I am a Fun Committee member, so we did well and for the good of the committee. But sometimes I overdo some things and end up in a bad situation, like when I order food for everyone and forget about me; my team uses to share some of their food with me; even my team lead uses to ask for some suggestions towards the process; and some extra caricature activities I use to keep my team pressure-free by every Friday is a Fun Friday and I mostly help them with their work by completing mine first. “ When you can't do something on your own, that's when you rely on your friends and team.”
