As an Executive Coach, my work is focused on building transformative, eco-systemic leadership. I am also the co-founder of Boundless Minds, a platform focussing on Emotional Intelligence education for children. As a credentialed Professional Certified Coach (PCC) with the International Coach Federation (ICF), I have worked with senior leaders across the globe spanning US, Asia, Middle East and Europe, enabling them to lead successfully in times of increasing complexity and uncertainty. Its been my privilege to have worked with several Fortune 500 organizations, facilitating senior leadership workshops on Strategic Planning, Culture Transformation and Leadership Capability building. My consulting assignments revolve around Executive Coaching, Leadership development, Culture change, Change acceleration and and Organization design. I am the co-author of the book - Discover the Alchemist Within a guide to personal growth and transformation. My articles have also been published in Forbes, The Hindu Business Line and other Indian Publications. I was also a part of the Forbes Coaches Council and am also a Hogan certified coach. I also work as an Executive Coach with Coaching 4 Good,( https://coaching4good.com), a leading Career Coaching and Leadership Development firm based out of Austin, Texas. My professional accreditations include the Myer Briggs Type Indicator (MBTI), The Leadership Circle (TLC) and am also the co-architect of the Transformative Alignment Mapper (TAM), a tool to identify, align and unleash the transformative potential of individuals, teams and organizations. I am an avid trekker, and among others, have summited Mount Kilimanjaro and also been to the Everest Base camp. I also dabble in music production and short films.
