VM activities created curiosity & guided me to NITIE, Operations specialized B-School. Post my PG, joined Wipro ePeripherals, handled E2E supply chain for corporate clients. Decided to get into the industry which revolves around SC expertise. Proud to be associated with Reliance Retail from the first store in Hyd. Moved to FMCG industry - Reckitt Benckiser -hold prominent brands like Dettol, Harpic. served as RLM South for 2 years. Moved to Sitarganj Asia's biggest plant of Reckitt to handle the SC. After almost 4 years in Reckitt moved to a challenging role at Henkel. Successfully transformed the SC of Henkel JV Anand group – HAIPL. JIT Supplies, EDI Integration, Kanban system, etc. for respective OEMs; Started from low KPI performance to received best supply chain award for consecutive 2 years by achieving all KPIs by a healthy margin. Most satisfying thing about the turnaround is to see my team sustain the performance and grow in their own careers respectively. As a Head of Demand Planning for Adhesives India, Handled S & OP process for 16 billion INR/Annum spread across 4 SBUs, 8 Mfg sites, 13 WHs, 12 3PMs. With team of 5 Managers and 4 Demand Planners. Also contributed to APO DP roll out and mentored the team across 13 countries. Headed Business planning function for 4 SBUs Auto OEMs, Auto components, Metals and Lifestyle. Played a key role in defining the future planning road map along with global teams. Nominated for various talent development programs like EXCEED (IMEA) and IDC (India).
