About Vit Kubicka

As I entered the automotive industry, I discovered a new world defined by norms, precision, and order: where every part, every process, every temperature matters. At Saint-Gobain Sekurit in Hořovice, I had the privilege of contributing to cutting-edge glass technologies for many automotive brands — from heated glazing with metallic layers to bespoke glass solutions for premium vehicles like Ferrari. I also developed plastic components and connectors that met stringent performance and quality standards. Today, at Valeo Žebrák, I work with evaporator technology in air-conditioning systems for cars and trucks — a complex field that merges thermal engineering, material science, and sustainability. It’s both challenging and inspiring to see how past innovations shape what we build now, and envision what lies ahead. I’m passionate about being part of this journey — where history, present, and future converge in every product we deliver.
