My journey into entrepreneurship is built on a diverse professional background. After earning my medical degree, I transitioned from healthcare to marketing, seeking greater independence and opportunities for innovation. This shift led to the founding of Evermo, a Czech fashion label focused on luxury, handcrafted accessories and clothing. I further refined my marketing skills at Business Factory, specializing in Facebook Ads management and PPC optimization. I worked with global brands like BMW, Citroën, and Grupa Allegro, driving successful performance marketing campaigns that boosted their online presence and sales. At GINA Software, I built the marketing team and strategy from the ground up, playing a crucial role in shaping the company’s direction. My work contributed to significant achievements, including winning the United Nations SDG Awards and Deloitte Technology Fast 50. As a highlight of this journey, I had the opportunity to present alongside Satya Nadella, CEO of Microsoft. As a CEO and Co-Founder of Four Bros, I’ve helped hundreds of clients achieve their business goals. My deep understanding of customer needs, combined with extensive marketing experience, allows me to scale businesses online and deliver measurable results. I am also the Co-Founder of ToU Innovation, where I continue to help clients navigate the complexities of modern business. My focus remains on ensuring that every strategy is innovative, grounded in real-world experience, and tailored to achieve tangible results.
