I was born and grew up in Brazil (São José dos Campos/SP), graduated in Industrial Engineering and I had two great international experiences that helped me to develop my personal and professional skills, as well as proficiency in English, first one as a member of the Science Without Borders UK Program (1 year) and the second one was living in the USA for 6 months. I bring 7+ years of experience in understanding, mapping, improving and developing business processes, helping companies creating procedures and tools to increase their productivity and reducing costs. I also have solid experience developing KPIs, process automation and management methodologies, working on projects in different areas such as Business Intelligence and Analytics, Corporate Strategy and Innovation, Procurement and Customer Experience.
