With 22 years of experience in the banking, insurance, auditing, technology, and automotive sectors, I have developed a 360º view of business. My career includes roles at major companies such as Banco do Brasil, Deloitte, Allied Irish Bank, Braskem, Suzuki, and Mitsubishi. Currently, I am a Project Manager at OBRASOFT, where I lead system implementations and manage teams to ensure compliance with client guidelines. I contributed to the company's expansion, recognized by the Open 100 Startups award, and coordinated the restructuring of the project implementation area, optimizing CAPEX profitability and working hours. Additionally, I am responsible for managing automotive events, including the largest single-brand rally in Latin America, the Mitsubishi Motor Sports. As the founder of Black Ninja, one of the largest Suzuki mechanics workshops in São Paulo, I also have extensive experience in automotive consulting and events. I highlight my leadership in automation projects and interfacing with renowned clients such as WEG, Rede D’Or, Acciona, State Grid of China, EDP, Andrade Gutierrez, among others. I am fluent in English and have international experience, allowing me to work in multicultural environments with ease.
