About Vitoria Lemos

I’m an Information Security professional who thrives on translating security into something actionable, understandable, and aligned with the business. My core strength lies in building strong relationships across functions—connecting technical teams with stakeholders in Marketing, Sales, and beyond to ensure security is collaborative, not disruptive. In my role as Business Unit Security Officer, I lead with communication: facilitating open dialogue, resolving friction points, and aligning teams around shared security goals. Whether it's helping teams navigate policies, understand risks, or prioritize remediation efforts, I ensure that security conversations are strategic, practical, and inclusive.I also support Governance, Risk, and Compliance (GRC) efforts by helping teams interpret internal security policies, document risks effectively, and develop treatment plans that are both realistic and aligned with business priorities. At the intersection of people, process, and security, I bring both clarity and connection—two things I believe are critical to building resilient organizations.
