About Viv Vella

Vivian is an experienced Psychological Executive Coach and Coach Supervisor. Her coaching brings together her interest in people, business and psychology. She builds strong client relationships, creating a confidential, trusting and positive learning environment. Vivian has a holistic approach to her work and pays attention to the physical, mental and emotional states of her coachees. Various schools of psychology inform her work and her MA research was on Resilience & Well-being. The outcome results in an observable, desired impact improvement on the immediate team and the wider business. As a coach supervisor Vivian works with coaches in supervision, providing a reflective space for her to work in partnership with the coach on their coaching practice. One of the models used is: Proctor’s three functions of supervision, namely 1) Formative – space for reflection and honing skills; 2) Normative – ensuring ethical working; and 3) Restorative – providing emotional support.
