Also as Senior Product Manager for Digital Communications product line working to unify the contact experience across Dell online customer journey to drive CSAT and Revenue for contact options via Contact Drawer and Contact Us page having communication options i.e. Live Chat, Chat Bot (Virtual Assistant), Sales Callback Form, Social Messaging. Before that I have worked as Product Line Manager for Account Management and Configurator product lines of Dell Global eCommerce platform for B2B customers. Also worked in product owner role for feature teams in Shop, Cart & Checkout and Configurator products. Prior to DELL I have worked in Manthan as Product Manager in Customer Loyalty domain, working on a white labeled mobile app for Android and iOS platform having a backend platform for targeted marketing. I have been with Kronos (now known as Ultimate Kronos Group) for 2.5 years as Product Manager for workforce management product in retail domain, from initial stage to the customer adoption. I have experience in working with global business and cross-functional teams across AMER, EMEA, APJ regions. I have understanding of eCommerce domain (customer experience, cart and checkout, account management) for both B2B and B2C segments.
