Senior Project Management professional in Railway, Oil & Gas and T&D sector ( Electrical Power Substation & Electrical -Balance of Plants ) having 12+ years of experience in executing large and complex EPC Turnkey Solutions across India in various industry verticals for greenfield as well as brownfield for grid strengthening or capacity enhancement in Power Transmission & Distribution sectors. Operational leadership to handle the team, lead the group of people; and continuously drive team motivation, faster growth mindset & innovation, completely responsible for P&L, Budgeting, Revenue, cash, Governance of project-Sites, complying with labor laws, safety standards & policies with a KPI of zero accidents. In my current role, I will be responsible to lead India MNC’s prestigious project awarded by Ministry of Railway. Currently Leading large cross-functional team which includes Project & Site management team, construction team, Planning & Engineering team, with 5 no’s direct report. I have hands-on experience in Project Management / Construction / Management/ Site Management /Vendor Management/ Engineering functions.
