Vivek Prasad is a Strategy & Project development professional with more than 16+ years of experience in the field of technology, Solar, Green Hydrogen, waste to hydrogen gas(syngas), water recycling/desal project sales, startups, Waste to Energy, EPC, B2B & project sales, a strategic tie-up to/with private developers and government sectors in Waste management, Water desalination etc. • He has experience working in startups. Was involved in P&L management of the waste management, RO sales, including sales, finalization of the contract, pricing, and equipment supply to the client. • He also started his own venture in the logistics sector with last-mile delivery as the concept with which he was able to run about 150 truck vehicle owners/drivers in Mumbai/Navi Mumbai region and service it for customers. Got the customer app and website made with minimum costs involved. • He also has experience in Government liasoning, Turnkey sales, feasibility study of technologies, financial modeling, Contract Management, Project execution. • He has experience is managing projects of different types of power and water projects including waste-to-energy projects, seawater desalination, wastewater & ZLD projects • He is actively involved in tender management which is process-driven and requires huge documentation with different departments in an organization • He was also a mentor in CBWF – Cherie Blair Women Foundation advising small-scale women entrepreneurs in India and abroad
