My experience as an architect enables me to validate project parameters, code compliances and lay a strong foundation for a successful project through effective master planning and space planning. MY project experience includes working in several sectors, including schools, Higher education, government, corporate, healthcare, retail, and international projects. I have successfully developed the concept and planned architectural and interior design for new and renovation projects of mid- to large-scale, complex, and multi-story commercial to Residential, institutional, Hospital / Hospitality projects. Render shop drawings and finite detailing of finishes and materials, produce cost estimates and direct projects from start to finish without impeding business operations.
