I am an experienced MEP professional with over 17 years of expertise in Electrical Design & Cost Estimation. My experience spans a wide range of projects, including data centers, commercial, retail, malls, airports, healthcare, educational institutes, hospitality, and residential projects both within India and overseas. My in-depth understanding of MEP systems enables me to manage a team of professionals to deliver tasks within timelines with precision and confidence. As an assertive manager, I possess proficiency in a range of technical skills such as AutoCAD, BIM, Power Distribution, Fault Analysis, Sustainable Design, Renewable Energy Systems, design coordination, and Project Management. My Master's Degree in Electrical Engineering has empowered me to deliver successful designs & builds for mission-critical projects. In addition, I have designed, cost-estimated, and delivered over 300 projects across India and overseas locations, with a total load of 200 MW. My Electrical & Extra Low Voltage expertise includes site surveys, design basis reports, concept design, preliminary cost estimates, design development, schematic, tender package, detailed cost estimate based on the BOQ, review and approve technical data submittals, shop drawings, construction management, utility space management, delivery schedule of materials, cash flow management, quantity survey, and contract administration. I liaise with power supply companies for power sanction as well as space allocation. As an assertive team leader, I have the ability to lead cross-functional project teams and integrate their efforts to maximize operational efficiency. I am proficient in striking perfect coordination with all involved parties and ensuring bottleneck-free work execution.
