Enjoying what you do is always the key to success. I have always been passionate about every venture, role and organisation i get involved in. Behind every successful entrepreneur is the story of many failed ventures, bad decisions and wrong partnerships. But the key to becoming a successful person is to ensure that YOU NEVER GIVE UP. What you learn from your mistakes will only make you stronger and better. Experience in entrepreneurship is not usually gained from reading books and articles but going through the actual process and enduring the challenges it throws at you. Under promising and over delivering will always get the right results in Business. One must also be sociable when in business because if your not networking, you are not working. Turnaround has been something almost every company and organisation requires no matter how big or small they may be. I always use my existing outfits to ensure delivery of results intended for each client we work with. Having both legal, tax and finance background, I am able to arrange, facilitate and structure needs of the industry, companies and organisations-In any business, managing people is the toughest job. I am pleased to say that this is one job i love handling for managing people to me is about understanding them, cultivating their talents and maximizing their effectiveness. Proper and effective communication is the key to managing any number of workforce in an organization. Giving back to Society - Understanding the needs of the underprivileged has lead me to set up a National NGO ( social enterprise). Identifying those who need help is something i strongly abide by since young. I grew up seeing what poverty was and always felt that i should help those in need whenever i could no matter how small it was. Being able to give back to the people is a joy on its own.
