As a Customer Order Specialist at SUEZ, I apply my engineering and business skills to manage and improve the order entry and order management processes, using Salesforce, Cloud Computing, and other tools. I also perform and report on various KPIs, develop and update work documentation and standards, and complete requests for delivery dates, order acknowledgements, back orders, and other tasks. I have ownership and accountability for the CSC Order Entry and Order Management functions, and I collaborate with other teams and stakeholders to ensure compliance and customer satisfaction. I have a Bachelor of Technology degree in Automation Systems Engineering from McMaster University and an Advanced Diploma in Chemical Engineering Technology from Mohawk College. I am also certified and accredited by the ACBSP for Business Management. These qualifications have enabled me to acquire and apply knowledge and skills in engineering principles, business concepts, and data analysis to different domains and industries. Prior to joining SUEZ, I worked as a Data Surveillance Specialist at Ontario Ministry of Health, where I processed COVID lab results and data, participated in project goals and deliverables, and answered provincial COVID lines and emails. I have also gained experience in customer relationship management, product knowledge, and payment processing from my previous roles at Klarna and GE Water & Process Technologies. I am humble, ambitious, and goal-oriented, and I thrive in collaborative and dynamic environments.
