I am a seasoned banker with nearly 20 years of experience of various roles in Corporate & Institutional Banking including Relationship Management, Corporate Finance Origination and Loan Syndication. I have managed corporate and Financial Institution clients and transaction in Europe, Africa and India and have an excellent understanding of markets, products and the clients in the various regions. My competencies / experience include: • Good understanding of various banking products like lending, transaction banking, hedging and track record of maximising cross sell opportunities. • Good network of contacts in the Corporate and Financial Institution clients. • Well networked with banks and institutions in the European loan market for origination and distribution of assets. • Originating, structuring and executing debt financing transactions for European and Emerging market clients. • Strong capital market background of loans and Debt capital market products. • Have rich experience of working on various corporate transactions involving working Capital and GCP financing, M&A acquisition bridges, demerger/ pre -IPO financing, FI trade loans etc. • Experience of various asset backed financing including Borrowing Base facilities, Reserve Based Lending, Commercial Real Estate Financing. I have also developed keen interest in Blockchain/ Distributed Ledger Technology and I am excited about the various potential user case applications across industries.
